Rosemarie Thompson

Rosemarie Bernardini Thompson, 79, of Erie, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. She was born in Erie, on June 29, 1942, daughter of the late Bernard and Helen Bernardini. Rosemarie graduated in 1961 from Villa Maria Academy. She was involved in the GECAC foster grandparent program for ten years, from 2011 to 2021. Rosemarie was a member of the Siebenbuerger Club and a parishioner of St. Mark's the Evangelist Church in Lawrence Park. In addition to her parents ,Rosemarie was preceded in death by her sister, Betty King, and granddaughter, Michelle Lynn Petachi Julio. She is survived by her sister, Gloria Roark, her daughters, Charlene Vanderhoof OConnell (William), Doreen Farella (Sam),and Christine Kozen (Mike), grandchildren, Jakob, Rebbecca, Michael Lewis, Cody Ryan, Jacquelynn, Michael Scott, and nine great-grandchildren.
