Marian McFarland

Marian N. McFarland, 67, of West Sunbury passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. She was born in Butler on November 16, 1954 to the late Harold and Anna (Miller) Worst. Marian was a graduate of Butler High School class of 1972 and later went on to receive her Associates Degree from BC3 in 2000. She worked for the VA for almost 10 years, USIS for 10 years, and also worked for the FBI. Marian loved fishing, camping, outdoors, Facebook, solitaire, cards, Yahtzee, gardening, Elvis Presly, soap operas, dogs, and cats. She was a past member of West Sunbury Presbyterian Church. Marian was the beloved wife of William McFarland since their marriage in 1988; mother of Shane McFarland; and sister of Virginia (Orlow) Hall, Harold Worst, Clara (Ron) Greene, Bernedette (Larry) Magill, and Paul (Maria) Worst. She is also survived by a large and loving family. Marian was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Worst. Family and friends received on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 5-8 PM at the SPENCER D.
