Joseph Abrams

Joseph “Abe” Abrams, 82, of Butler passed away on Sunday April 16, 2023. He was born in Butler on April 8, 1941 to the late Richard Sr. and Mary (Schultis) Abrams. Joseph went to Gannon College for a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and then to Case Western University and received a Master’s Degree in Business & Personnel. Joseph served his country honorably in the U.S. Army for seven years and returned from South Korea as a captain. He worked at Westinghouse Electric Corporation as the manager for Human Resources. Joseph was known for being a good friend, neighbor, and husband. He was a member of the local chapter 37 and other chapters of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors, also a member of National Association of Rock Garden Society. Joseph was the beloved husband of Patricia (Davidowski) Abrams for 39 years; brother of Richard (Kathy) Abrams Jr. Abe also leaves behind his niece Stephanie, nephew Douglas, and his precious cat Sammi.
