John Schurko Jr.

John C. Schurko Jr, 59, of Zelienople passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022. He was born in Bellevue on October 19, 1962 to the late John and Barbara (Pearsall) Schurko Sr. John Graduated from North Allegheny class of 1980. He worked in carpentry and construction most of his life, he also managed restaurants in the downtown Pittsburgh area. John enjoyed spending his spare time with family, friends, pets, hunting, fishing, riding motocross, barbequing, and reading scripture. He was known to be quick witted, strong spirited, good humored, loyal, and never hesitated to defend the people he loved. John was the father of John E. Schurko and Benjamin Schurko; brother of Chad Schurko and Todd Schurko; and nephew to Carrie Pearsall. He is also survived by his loyal dog Sam Schurko. Family and friends received on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 1:30-7 PM at the Beveridge Pavilion, North Park, Allison Park, PA. All arrangements through the SPENCER D.
