Glenn Vensel Obituary

Glenn E. Vensel, 57, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022. He was born in Butler on March 24, 1965 to Norma (Logan) and the late Howard Vensel. Glenn obtained an Associates in Specialized Technology from Penn Technical Institute. He later went on to be employed at Thomson Reuters in Washington DC. Glenn enjoyed flying R.C. airplanes and was a member of the Pegasus R.C. Club in Maryland. Glenn was the brother of Barb (Denny) Stewart, Leonard (Brenda) Vensel, and Jim (Ronda) Vensel; and uncle to Jeanna (Brad) Gathers, Michelle Boss, Tisa (Seth) Campbell, Richard (Casey) Vensel, Shane (Gretchen) Vensel, and Edwin Stewart. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Marianne Vensel. All services will be held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD, BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM. Burial will be held privately.
