Emily J. Benko, 91, of Butler passed away on Thursday, April 21st, 2022. She was born in Grove City, PA on September 25th, 1930 to the late Dominick & Betty (Russo) White. Emily loved cooking, baking, & reading. She was known to be an amazing cook & took pride in caring for her family. She is the mother of Richard & John Benko; grandmother of Jessica, John Ryan, Jade, Devon, Shawn, Richie, Anna, Paul & Samantha; and great-grandmother of Lenin, Deegan, Kaitlin, Brendon, Ayden, Jaizan, Ryan, Sydney, Elijah & Will. Emily is also survived by her sister-in-law Carol & her daughter-in-law Mary. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Edward Benko. Also, by her brothers Richard, Joseph & Donald and her grandchildren Jennalee & Jaran. Friends will be received on Sunday, May 1st, 2022 from 12– 1:30 PM at SPENCER D GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES. 140 NEW CASTLE RD, BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM.
