Eleanor Leech

Eleanor Leech, 84, of Butler passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 surrounded by family. She was born in Butler on January 10, 1936 to the late Albert and Ruth Ealy. Eleanor worked as a seamstress until her retirement. She belonged to St. Peter R. C. Church of Butler her entire life; she enjoyed painting, hunting, camping, bingo, and was known to be an excellent cook. Above all else, her favorite pastime was to decorate the house and personalize her home. She was the loving wife of Samuel Ietto whom she married on March 1, 2003. Eleanor was the mother of Ruth (Terry) Gardner, Joan (Dennis Rettig) Lindsay, Barbara (Michael) McMenamin, Cyril Leech, Mary Jo Stegall and her step son Randy (Lisa) Ietto. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband James Leech who passed away in 2001.
