David Sacco Obituary

David L. Sacco, 76, of Butler passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. He was born in Butler on July 9, 1945 to the late Peter and Mary Sacco. David was employed at the Armco with their chemical lab for over 36 years, he also worked as a driver for Valley Line Transportation, and as a barber. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, and boating. Above all else he loved spending time with his grandchildren Brooke and Sydney. Dave leaves behind his soulmate Stella “Sam” Shumaker. He was the father of Jodi (Paul) Audino, Amy (Andrew) Hathaway, and David Sacco; brother of Lillian Faulstich and Bob (Victoria) Sacco. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren. Friends will be received on Sunday, August 29th from 6 – 8 pm in the SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE ROAD, BUTLER, PA 16001, WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM. A prayer service will immediately follow in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately.
