Cloyd Smith Sr.

Cloyd A. Smith Sr., 85, of Butler passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021. He was born in Butler on May 16, 1936 to the late Frank and Mabel (Schrecongost) Smith. Cloyd honorably served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the local VFW and American Legion. Cloyd loved golfing, hunting, and his dog Donner.  He was the father of Stella Smith, Debra Reep, Frank (Allison) Smith, and Cloyd (Erin) Smith Jr.; brother of Ron (Marcia) Smith and Larry (Pam) Smith; Grandfather of Zachary, Tanner, Austin, Abby, Cole, Brayden, Caitlyn, Chloe, and Liam; and great grandfather of Maverik. Cloyd was preceded in death by his sister Donna (Smith) Kudamik; brothers Jim Smith and Howard Smith; and his son in-law Tim Smith. Arrangements made through the SPENCER D.
