Obituary
Cassandra “Cassi” Carter, 52 of Butler, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 5th, 2023. She was born in Fremont, CA on September 12th, 1970 to Lawrence Sonnenberg and the late Sharon (Palmer) Williams. Cassi loved her work with the King County Sheriffs Dept. as a fingerprint technician. She enjoyed cooking, following the Seattle Seahawks and Washington State Cougars, and most of all spending time with her family and friends. She was loving, caring, selfless, and extremely family oriented. She was loved and will be forever missed. Cassi was the life partner of Gary Carter; mother of Amber (Brandon) Walker, Sharon Fugate, and Devon Sonnenberg; sister of Venus Sonnenberg and Larry M. Sonnenberg. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and her aunt Gail & uncle Mike Sonnenberg. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 8th from 5-6 PM in the SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001, WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM. Her funeral will immediately follow in the funeral home.
