Missing him today, just thinking about how we will gather tomorrow to celebrate your life, i'm still in disbelief that you are no longer on this Earth, i know that you are singing & dancing away in the Heavens above. We love you & will forever miss you Uncle Blaise.
Love Cheryl

Having spent many a day - night - evening - morning with the Hinterlang family, including 12 years in school with Blaise's older brother Jim, I can attest that Blaise was one fun, crazy, and sometimes weird dude. He enlivened any room he walked into - unless he was already in the room asleep!  May he rest - or play - in peace!

I spent my formative years under the tutelage of Blazin' Blaise, and every day was an adventure. Blaise was fun-loving, humorous, generous, intelligent, talented and insightful.  Most of his insights focused on seizing the day and enjoying life as it evolved. Wherever Blaise went, a party seemed to break out. He entertained us with this guitar, his colorful songs, his wit and stories. While our lives went their separate ways after high school, I have always kept Blaise in my heart as a true and lifelong friend - an honest and caring person. I know how much he valued his family and friendships, and I am deeply saddened by his death. May his family find peace knowing that Blaise lived a rich life that touched many people. There will be less music and adventures on Earth with his loss, but his entertaining spirit will live on with me as one of his oldest, dearest friends.

We have so many wonderful and happy memories of time we spent with Blaise over the years. Even though we had not been in touch with him for the last few years, he has always been in our thoughts and wished well. Blaise will be missed.
