Bette Jo Traggiai

Bette Jo Traggiai, 79, of Cabot passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023. She was born in Springdale on February 18, 1944, to the late Joseph Sr and Pearlie (Linderman) Trempus. Bette Jo was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed painting and playing piano in her spare time. After graduating high school, she worked at Moonlight Mushroom before becoming the Activities Director for Saxony Health Center where she worked until retirement.  Bette Jo spent her retirement fostering parrots with Pearl Parrot Rescue and taught painting classes at the Butler YMCA.  She was the beloved wife of Regis Traggiai for 55 years; mother of Regina (Vince) Russo, Donovan (Tracy) Traggiai and daughter in law Becca Traggiai; sister of Pearlie Lauer, Hallie Bruni, Priscilla (Dave) Heim, Rhoda (Jay) Shoaf, Melinda (Christine) Trempus, and Joseph Trempus Jr; grandmother of Chelsea, David, Devin, Vincent, Nicholas, Hanna, Emma, Marissa, and Addyson; great grandmother of Bristol, Michael, and Otto.
